Returns or Replacement

 

We have a 30-day return / replacement policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or replacement.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discounted or discontinued items those sales are final!

Refunds or Replacements

If you are dissatisfied with your product you can return it for a replacement or a refund. We will only process Refunds or Replacements after we have received the item. Meaning you will have to return the item BEFORE we will replace it or give a refund on it. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return,  If you are requesting a refund,  you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If you requested a replacement, you will be notified when  your replacement has shipped.
